|Hannah Weisman is a PhD candidate in Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Management. She conducts research on callings, turnover, overqualification, pay and job crafting. Hannah holds an MSc degree, with distinction, in Human Resources and Organisations (Organisational Behaviour track) from the LSE. She holds a BA degree in Neuroscience from Hamilton College. Hannah is a current recipient of the LSE PhD Studentship Award. Before joining LSE, Hannah worked as an executive compensation consultant with the Semler Brossy Consulting Group, and as a research assistant with the Yale School of Medicine.
|Catherine Kleshinski grew up in Ohio and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in 2011 from the University of Dayton, where she double majored in Marketing and International Business and minored in French. During her senior year at UD, she was a retail research intern at MeadWestvaco in the school and office products division. After graduation, she worked in web and e-commerce analytics in Cincinnati, Ohio at digital advertising agencies for such clients as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Folgers, Kimberly-Clark, and Schwan’s. She is currently a Ph.D. student in organizational behavior and human resource management at Purdue University, and her research interests include work-family issues, leadership, organizational justice, and relationships at work/social exchange.

|Effie Savvides-Syrimis holds a BSc degree in Management, and an MSc in Operations Management from the University of Manchester (UMIST). She also holds a postgraduate qualification in HRD and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK. Effie is currently a Ph.D candidate at the University of Cyprus at the Department of Business and Public Administration. Her research interests lie in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, Employee well-being, and the spectrum of emotions at work. Moreover, she has industry experience with the Arcadia Group UK on a fast track Leadership programme, and with Accenture UK in Management Consulting working with a variety of clients such as Shell, Marks and Spencers and Royal Mail. Since 2008, she has been the Head of HR and L&D for the Pandora Chain of bakeries in Cyprus and an accredited Myers Briggs MBTI practitioner and Human Resource Development Authority Cyprus accredited trainer.
