Digital technology is disrupting the workplace by opening a new frontier of work experiences, redefining how we work and blurring the lines between work and life. The pace and magnitude of the current digital transformation, and its effects on people and organizations, is unprecedented.

Save the date for a conference exploring the impact of this digital transformation.

This conference brings together research and business thought leaders and emerging scholars to examine areas such as:

  • Employee well-being at work and home
  • Structuring work (e.g. hybrid, remote, global)
  • Ethical and equality implications of digital technology
  • How organizations and individuals manage change
  • Processing information to make decisions in virtual and/or volatile, complex, uncertain, and ambiguous environments, and about personal/professional boundaries

Now accepting abstracts from scholars interested in participating. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to present their working papers in a small discussion group setting at the conference and receive developmental feedback on their ideas. The deadline to submit an abstract is February 2.
