One part of my dissertation involves reviewing the literature regarding the determinants why individuals intend and decide to become self-employed later in life.
Most recent research discusses the role of older entrepreneurs' networks (Gray & Smith, 2020). Nevertheless, I have the impression, that I am missing some of the current state of research in this area.
I appreciate any unpublished work about the latest status regarding individual determinants of older entrepreneurs (quantitative or qualitative working papers, conference papers, etc.) that you are willing to share.
