The School of Business, home of the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the
University of California, Riverside, invites applications for a tenure track/tenured faculty position in
Management with a micro, meso, or macro research focus (e.g., OB/HR, Strategic Management,
Entrepreneurship, and/or Organizational Theory). Our priority is to recruit a scholar who will build on our
existing strengths in these areas and advance the academic development of our rigorous research and teaching
programs. The desired start date is July 1, 2022.
A successful candidate must have the demonstrated potential or proven record of accomplishment and interest
in empirical research and teaching in Management. The candidate must have or be near completion of a Ph.D.
in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Strategic Management, Organizational Theory,
Entrepreneurship or a closely related field. The candidate must also have a strong commitment to excellence in
teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are particularly interested in candidates who contribute
to the diversity to our campus community.
