I'd like to call your attention on Professor Chermack's latest book
"Using Scenarios: Scenario Planning for Improving Organizations", the first book about scenario planning that does not focus on scenario building, but on how to translate scenarios into tangible strategic and financial benefits for organizations. This is an excellent book for any scenario planner, foresight practitioner and executive educator.
