The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School invites applications for a tenuretrack
assistant professor position in the Department of Management and Organization. We are
seeking individuals with a strong commitment to, and ability for, excellent scholarly research
in the areas of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate
should be skilled in big data analytics and computational social science (e.g., machine learning),
to contribute to our new programs in OB/HR analytics and associated research focus.
Exceptional candidates would be considered for the inaugural S. Dhanabalan Professorship, a
new endowed chair intended for junior, untenured assistant professors. We welcome and
