Senior Lecturer/Lecturer of Services Management
We are looking to appoint a Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in Service Management. The post-holder will also be a core member of the thriving Centre for Service Excellence (CenSE), which leads the service management research and engagement work in the School. Specifically we are looking for candidates with a strong research profile and the skills appropriate to the delivery of courses in the field of service management. The candidate can have expertise/experience in either public and/or private sector service management. This is an opportunity to join a strong academic group with a track record of publishing in the field's very best journals and delivering excellent teaching. You would be joining a triple-accredited Business School in one of the world's top 20 universities.
The Strategy Group studies contemporary issues of societal and organisational importance at the local, national, and global levels. Members of the group draw on a wide range of social science theories and empirical contexts. The group possesses research expertise across public, private, and third sector organisations with knowledge production organised around five distinct themes:

Members of the Group publish in, edit, and serve as editorial board members of some of the field's leading journals including Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Business History, Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, Organization Studies, Organizational Research Methods and Public Administration Review.
