Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
Position: The Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University invites applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor beginning fall semester, August 16, 2023.
Responsibilities: Candidates will contribute to the education and training of undergraduate and graduate students, including teaching courses in the candidate's area of expertise and providing effective advisement and mentorship to a diverse population of students. Candidates are expected to maintain a strong research program with potential for extramural funding, while contributing to an inclusive learning and working environment.
Qualifications: We seek candidates that specialize in any area of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Candidates should have an independent research program and possess strong quantitative expertise. A strong record that includes publications and potential for external funding is required. Candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field. ABD candidates will be considered but must have Ph.D. by start date or offer will be withdrawn.
