The Arison school of Business at Reichman University, The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, Israel, invites applicants for an Assistant Professor position in our growing Management group. We welcome applicants from all research areas within Management, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, HRM, Leadership, and related areas.
Applicants must hold a PhD degree from a leading university and a postdoc experience. The ideal candidate will have a clear and substantial scholarly agenda and demonstrate an ability to publish innovative and high-quality research in top-tier journals.
Applicants will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate (MBA) courses, supervise graduate students, and contribute to the school and university activities. Please note that IDC has several international programs taught in English, but the principal language of instruction is Hebrew.
