The Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor position in Management with a Micro (OB and/or HR) focus to begin Fall 2025. This is one of three tenure-track positions currently open within the Department of Management.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong research record (or potential). We are open to a broad range of research foci but are especially interested in those focusing on individual differences and work behavior, motivation and work performance, human capital management, talent management, work design and employee well-being, or the future of work. Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management or a closely related field, demonstrated potential for conducting high quality research and publishing in top management journals, and demonstrated potential for high quality teaching.
