The Management Department in the College of Business at James Madison University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management position to begin in Fall 2024. Advanced assistant professors are especially encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is required, while a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited program is preferred. We are seeking a candidate who can teach courses in human resource management, with a possible secondary teaching area in organizational behavior or management consulting. The successful candidate must provide evidence of teaching effectiveness and outstanding research potential.
