    Dear colleagues,

My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis to test country-level moderators of conscientiousness–job performance relationships. With regard to job performance, we are interested in overall job performance, task performance, organizational citizenship behavior (or the interpersonally- or organizationally-directed facets thereof), and counterproductive work behavior (or the interpersonally- or organizationally-directed facets thereof).

    Specifically, we are seeking:

    1. Unpublished studies (e.g., raw data, working papers, not-yet-completed or recently completed dissertations/theses, or conference submissions), but also
    2. Published studies that, for whatever reason, you suspect may not be easy to find using conventional search terms.

If you have unpublished research that has empirical data on conscientiousness and job performance outcomes (e.g., overall job performance, task performance, CWB, OCB), we would highly appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:

    1. Pearson product-moment correlations,
    2. Sample size(s) for the correlations,
    3. Reliabilities,
    4. Details about the measures used to measure conscientiousness and performance, and
    5. Name of the country/ies from which the data were collected.

If there is a preferred way for us to reference your work, please let us know that as well (in either American Psychological Association or Academy of Management style, whichever is easier for you).

If you already have a writeup that contains all the above information, please feel free to simply forward the writeup to us.

Please send us the requested information at jkim307@gmu.edu

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
