The post holder will have the option to work as part of the International Centre for Leadership and Followership (https://www.durham.ac.uk/business/research/centres/centre-for-leadership-and-followership/), an international team of researchers who pursue the goal to advance and push the boundaries of current leadership research and teaching, We welcome applications from those with research and teaching interests in the broad field of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour and we are particularly eager to hear from applicants with a strong background in research and a track record in income generation, external engagement and impact with a focus on, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Leadership identity and identification
- Leadership measurement
- Leader-member exchange (LMX)
- Leadership and creativity
- Leader narcissism and the dark triad
- Social network approaches to leadership
- Leadership and emotion
- Trust
- Self-regulatory theories applied to leadership
