Dear OB Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that the Summer 2023 issue of Personnel Psychology is now published. This is our journal's 75th Anniversary Issue. The Editorial is a great collection of the experience and stories from many former Editors-in-Chief, and it will be a fun read! There are ten original review articles and three book reviews. The ten articles cover a broad range of topics: recruitment, selection, compensation, work-family, health/wellbeing, emotional labor, fairness, unethical leadership, person-organization fit, and star performers. I wanted to thank all the authors for working on these important review articles for our field.
All articles are freely accessible. We hope you'll enjoy this milestone issue of Personnel Psychology!
