We are seeking candidates to fill full-time, research-oriented positions in Management (with tenure-track/tenured options) across all career stages (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor).
We have exciting opportunities in entrepreneurship, human resources management, operations management, organizational behavior, strategy, and innovation. Applications from excellent candidates in other areas of management are also welcome.
The ideal candidates should demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and pioneering research that addresses pertinent issues faced by society, business managers, and policymakers. We anticipate a proven track record of research publication (or potential for such) in high-ranking journals, such as those identified in the 4 or 4* category of the ABS ranking.
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration/Management, Economics, or a closely related field by the time of appointment.
Proficiency in Portuguese is not a prerequisite and will not influence the selection process.
