The Center for Working Well (CWW) at the Daniels School of Business, Purdue University is excited to start engaging with you during its first semester of existence! The core mission of the CWW is to develop a robust understanding of what "working well" means to employees and organizations. We will do this by:

    • Identifying organizational solutions aimed at promoting employee well-being (e.g., reducing workforce burnout, promoting thriving)
    • Creating sustainable performance
    • Adapting to grand challenges in modern organizations (e.g., societal issues; hybridization and automation of work)
    • Cultivating positive and inclusive relationships at work and at home
    • ...and other issues as organizations continue to change and well-being is affected.

Join us December 11th at our opening preview event with Theresa Glomb, the Toro Company-David M. Lilly Chair in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. The event will include a one-hour talk followed by Q&A. Lunch/networking will follow for those in person.

Please register online by click this link by Monday, November 20. If you are drivable to West Lafayette, we would love to have you! Alternatively, a live-stream option is available. For questions about registration, please contact Sarah Hetherington (CWW Senior Administrative Assistant; shetheri@purdue.edu). For questions about the event, or to learn more about the CWW, please contact Allie Gabriel (CWW Faculty Director; asgabriel@purdue.edu).
