Dear OB Colleagues,

We are conducting a meta-analysis on commitment to four relational targets (i.e., the supervisor, work group, customers, and senior management) while considering various components of commitment (i.e., affective, normative, and continuance commitment). We are currently looking for unpublished empirical studies to include in the analyses.

To be included in this meta-analysis, the following inclusion criteria must be met:

• Empirical study with quantitative data collection.
• Include at least one of the four relational targets (commitment to the supervisor, commitment to the work group, commitment to senior management, or commitment to customers).
• Include correlations between one of these relational commitments and at least one other variable.
