ASQ publishes important and rigorous research in the field of organization studies. This mission includes qualitative and quantitative "micro" research at the individual level of analysis and "meso" research that crosses levels of analyses such as the organization, the team, and the individual.

The organizers of the ASQ Blog are pleased to invite you to a virtual discussion on publishing qualitative and quantitative micro and meso research on Friday, December 2nd from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. We are thrilled to be joined by ASQ Associate Editors Stéphane Côté, Aparna Joshi, Erin Reid, and two scholars who recently published micro qualitative and quantitative research in ASQ-Madeline Toubiana and Amanda Ferguson. The session will illuminate the features of micro and meso research that gets accepted at ASQ, help researchers decide which manuscripts to submit to ASQ, and assist researchers in writing papers so that their fit with ASQ's mission is clearer. In addition, panelists will indicate how the journal is incorporating innovations in open science such as pre-registration and the posting of materials, code, and data. Panelists will answer questions that attendees will submit when they register. Authors of recently published papers will share their experiences at the journal.

We hope you can join us as we learn about what it takes to publish micro and meso organizational research in ASQ, hear stories from organizational researchers about the publication journey, and engage in breakout room discussions with our panelists.

Please RSVP here by November 28th to ensure you receive the Zoom link for the event.

We look forward to seeing you there!
