Dear OB community,
We are investigating how academic supervisors evaluate and judge graduate students' work. Our study has received in-principle acceptance at The Leadership Quarterly, so the results are guaranteed to be published and shared with the academic community!
But we need your help to achieve our needed sample size. If you work in academia, we invite you to participate in a short study where you will judge (actual) graduate students' work in a short, 5-minute study.
Who can participate?
• Anyone working in academia who currently supervises at least one team member (e.g., a research assistant, graduate student, or postdoctoral researcher).
Why participate?
• As a token of appreciation, we will randomly select four participants, each of whom may choose a charity to receive a $50 donation.
