The inaugural chapter of the Building Bridges Series, helping OB scholars who are new to Europe build relationships and find community.

Are you an Organizational Behavior (OB) scholar who has recently relocated to or within Europe, or are planning to make the move soon?

This chapter event was designed to help scholars build meaningful relationships, navigate a new academic environment, and find a supportive community while settling into life in Europe.

We imagine this as the first step in building a broader, pan-European OB community. Future chapters will expand to include networking, knowledge-sharing, and regional meet-ups across Europe.

This event is for scholars at all career stages, whether you have just relocated, are in the process of moving, or are exploring academic opportunities in Europe. It was an opportunity to:

  • Exchange ideas on navigating professional life in Europe.
  • Be part of a growing community of OB scholars across Europe.
