Senior Lecturer / Reader (Associate Professor) in Organisational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management
We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate to the post of Senior Lecturer/Reader in Organisational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management to join King's Business School at King's College London. King's College London is one of the top 25 universities in the world (2017/18 QS World University Rankings) and among the oldest in England. King's has more than 29,600 students (of whom nearly 11,700 are graduate students) from some 150 countries worldwide, and some 8,000 staff. King's Business School, located in the iconic Bush House in central London, combines the heritage of King's College London with the dynamism of a start-up, centred around world-class research. It is one of the top ten ranked centres for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017, reflecting growth in the range and scale of research and teaching. There are presently over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes. As such we are going through an exciting development phase and are looking for high quality people to join our growing team. The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and research excellence and you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of the HRM Group in this regard.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high quality research and will be able to contribute excellent teaching to the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field, have a high quality track record of publications in leading journals and in securing research income.
The selection process will include a presentation and a panel interview. Interviews are scheduled to be held on 17th July 2018. Closing date for submission of applications is 26 June 2018
