The School of Business and Economics at Michigan Technological University invites applications for a full-time position of Assistant Professor (tenure track) in Organizational Behavior starting August 2019. The ideal candidate will have an active research program combining organizational behavior and entrepreneurship; strong interest in teaching organizational behavior and possibly entrepreneurship at the undergraduate and MBA levels; and a willingness to engage in service activities, including activities that develop entrepreneurial skills in students. Preference will be given to those who have demonstrated excellence in their research and teaching endeavors.
Applicants should have a PhD in Management/Organizational Behavior from an AACSB accredited institution completed (or ABD) by August 20, 2019. Applicants should send (1) a cover letter describing qualifications for the position, (2) current CV, (3) list of three-to-five references, (4) a research statement, (5) a sample publication or working paper, (6) a brief statement on teaching philosophy and summary of student evaluations.
