    Dear Colleagues,

I am conducting a meta-analysis review of literature on psychological capital (PsyCap). In order to reduce the 'publication bias' in the meta-analysis review, I am looking for unpublished studies as well. Therefore, I request any unpublished analysis or studies you have that has investigated the:

1-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and authentic leadership.

2-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and job burnout.

3-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and job engagement.

4-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and employee performance.

5-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and job satisfaction.

6-      Correlation between employee PsyCap (measured by PCQ questionnaire) and turnover intentions.

I would highly appreciate if you provide me with any of the above correlations, as well as your study's sample size and name of the country and type of the industry, from which the data has been collected. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

    Kind regards,

    Saeed
