    Hello Sara,
    We published a couple of self-report scales that are included in the paper below. One is the perceived accuracy of the performance appraisal system, the other is perceived outcome instrumentality (i.e., if you are one of the better performers, will it get you better rewards?).     I am looking for the scale of "Strategic purposes of performance rating". If anyone has come across or can suggest any other relevant scale for it .
