I am looking for references, articles and practical tools for the topic of Communicating Change in a Global Workplace. We live in a connected and networked world and work environment. In a complicated, multi-faceted global workforce, effective communications is an important leadership competency. Developing human connections is a special challenge where the lives of people around the planet are increasingly intertwined. I am also interested in references to proven tools that can assist the manager to address the complexities of globalization in a time of organizational churn.
