NCA is an upcoming method, recently published in Organizational Research Methods and already applied in many different disciplines including management, business and psychology. The analysis can provide strong results even when other analyses such as regression analysis show no or weak effects. By adding "necessary but not sufficient" logic and related data analysis approach, NCA can add rigor and relevance to your theory, data analyses, and publications.
