The appendix to the attached article includes a situational judgment test measure of integrity. Maybe you can use it, or a modified version of it. It is in the public domain, so you don't need special permission.

Dear Colleagues,
I'm a doctoral student at Durham University, and I'm looking for a measurement of organizational integrity rated by followers to use in my dissertation research. In my study, I would like to measure leader behavioural integrity, follower behavioural integrity, and organizational integrity. So far, I couldn't find any specific measurement that measures the overall integrity climate of organization or an organizational-level construct measure of integrity.
I would appreciate any suggestions you have for a scale I might use.
