Dear Colleagues,

My coauthors and I are carrying out a meta-analysis with supervisor-perspective ratings of job performance as our focal variable. Supervisor-perspective ratings are self-ratings wherein, instead of simply asking the focal employees to self-rate their own job performance, they are asked to self-rate how they think their supervisor would rate their job performance (e.g., "how do you think your supervisor would rate your job performance?").

We have completed a thorough review of the published literature and dissertations, and now hope to supplement these published data and dissertations with other unpublished data. Therefore, we request any unpublished data or manuscripts that contain (a) means and SDs for, and/or (b) correlations between pairs of any of the following variables:

1. Supervisor-perspective ratings of any job performance dimension (e.g., overall job performance, task performance, OCB, CWB).

2. Actual supervisor-ratings of any job performance dimension (i.e., the supervisor rating the job performance of the focal employee).

3. Self-ratings of job performance (i.e., the focal employee self-rating their job performance with no reference to using the perspective of their supervisor).
