    Dear colleagues,

Please consider registering for the 2018 Junior Faculty Consortium. Details are below.

The Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC) is a developmental program for junior faculty in I-O or HR/OB. The JFC focuses on the needs of SIOP's junior faculty members in teaching and research-intensive environments and addresses the concerns of preparing for the tenure review process. This year's JFC will consist of panels, roundtable discussions, and breakout groups with senior-level faculty across disciplines. Topics include research and teaching best practices, tenure strategies, writing theory, research methods, and small group discussions with the editors of top journals.

The consortium is a full day program (8am – 4:30pm) that will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018, in the conference hotel, preceding the annual SIOP conference. The registration deadline for all consortia forms and payments is March 8th, 2018 (or until consortium registration is full). The JFC registration process is part of the regular SIOP conference registration (you will see the JFC as an added selection).

The fee for the consortium is $150 per participant and includes program materials, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

For questions, please contact Tyree Mitchell (tyreemitchell@lsu.edu) or Lars U. Johnson (gl2541@wayne.edu).
