    Apologies for cross-posting.

    Dear Colleagues,

My coauthors and I are carrying out a meta-analysis and request any unpublished data or manuscripts you have that contain correlations between the pairs of variables listed below:

    1. Individual differences (e.g., personality traits, trait positive/negative affect, equity sensitivity, locus of control) and perceptions of psychological contract breach.

    2. Individual differences and feelings of violation that follow a perception of psychological contract breach.

    3. Perceptions of psychological contract breach and counterproductive work behavior (CWB; e.g., overall CWB, deviance, interpersonal- or organizational-target CWB, aggression).

    4. Feelings of violation and CWB.

We have completed a thorough review of the published literature and hope to supplement this with unpublished data. I thank you for considering our request. Any assistance you can provide is very much appreciated. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Best,

    Chris

    Dear Colleagues,

My coauthors and I are carrying out a meta-analysis with emotion as our focal variable. We are interested in any affective variable (e.g., positive/negative affect, mood, positive/negative emotions, specific discrete emotions) that is measured with an event referent. Event referents can include "at work" or "the job," as well as specific events, individuals, etc. Additionally, the event referent can be implied from an experimental/lab scenario or experiential event study.

We have completed a review of published literature and dissertations and now we are seeking unpublished data to supplement our findings. We request any unpublished data with quantitative relationships using an affective variable (described above) in an organizational setting. Please email me directly at cguler@uncc.edu. Thank you in advance for considering our request. We appreciate your time and assistance. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Courtney

    Dear Colleagues,

My coauthors and I are carrying out a meta-analysis with climate strength or culture strength as our focal variable. We have completed a review of published literature and dissertations, and now we are seeking any unpublished data to supplement our findings.

We are interested in any unpublished, quantitative study that has examined the effects of any type of climate (or culture) variable (e.g., safety, innovation, diversity, voice, overall climate, cultural tightness/looseness, etc.) and aggregated to any higher level of analysis (i.e., team, group, unit, department, organization, region, country, etc.).

Please email me directly at keelerk@vcu.edu. Thank you in advance for considering our request-we appreciate your time and assistance! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best,

    Kate
