Be nominated by their respective program or department. Only one application per department/program will be accepted.

Endorsed by the student's academic advisor.

Preference is given to those who have made the most progress toward completing their Ph.D., but have not yet earned their degree (if you have already completed your Ph.D., new faculty are encouraged to attend the Junior Faculty Consortium).

If you do not meet these criteria, consider one of the many other options available to you: the Academy-sponsored New Doctoral Student Consortium; OB Division-sponsored PDWs and sessions, such as "OB Research Roundtables," "OB Research Incubator," and "The Productivity Process: Research Tips and Strategies from Prolific Junior Faculty;" as well as consortia offered by other divisions.

The deadline for receipt of nominations and supporting materials is Friday, March 16, 2018, 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
