    I have the opportunity to hire a post-doc for two years to work on ongoing projects related to understanding and reducing gender disparities in a business school context.

    Postdoctoral Fellowship

    The Postdoctoral Fellow will collaborate closely with Nicole Stephens on a number of ongoing projects that seek to document and reduce gender disparities at the Kellogg School of Management and in organizational settings. This fellowship is a two-year position, ideally beginning on June 1, 2018. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline prior to beginning the fellowship, and should have a research focus that is relevant one of the following topics: gender, leadership, intergroup relations, culture, stereotyping and prejudice, and/or intervention science. An ideal candidate would also have experience analyzing multi-level data such as with Hierarchical Linear Modeling.
