HEC Montreal anticipates hiring a postdoctoral researcher who specializes in survey-based research on the subject of individual and team learning starting as early as April 1st 2018 for two years. The position is entirely focused on research, and includes competitive salary and research funding. Review of applications will start immediately and continue until the position is filled.
The postdoc will work on projects with Jean-François Harvey, Assistant Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. These projects will be conducted in collaboration with Amy C. Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, and Kate Roloff, Assistant Professor at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology, Social Psychology, or Statistics at the time of appointment;
- Experience with conducting survey-based research;
- Advanced statistical skills (e.g., HLM, SEM);
- Research experience (or high interest) in individual and team learning.
Desired
- Strong writing skills and ability to conduct independent research as evidenced by scholarly publications;
- Experience mentoring graduate and undergraduate students.
