    Greetings,

I am in the final stages of conducting a meta-analysis examining the relationships between perceptions of organizational politics, organizational justice, and perceived organizational support (POS). To complete the project, I am looking for any unpublished or in-press manuscripts that include:
    1. A quantitative measure of perceptions of organizational politics, organizational justice, or POS
    2. At least one correlation, or a statistic that can be transformed into a correlation, between organizational politics and organizational justice, organizational politics and POS, or organizational justice and POS
If you have such a study and are willing to include it in this meta-analysis, please contact me directly at Steve.Manning@colostate.edu. Please also include the title, authors, and the status of the paper (e.g., working paper, under review, in-press article) so I may cite your study correctly.

Thank you in advance for your help and apologies for any cross-postings.

    Best regards,

    ~Steve Manning

    APOLOGIES FOR THE CROSS-POSTINGS.

    Greetings,

We are in the final stages of conducting a meta-analysis examining the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on employees, say, the relationships between CSR and employee outcomes (e.g., employee job satisfaction, job performance, employee deviation, employee creativity, organizational engagement, organizational pride, OCB, turnovers, organizational identification, perceived justice, perceived pride, organizational trust, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, etc.).

To complete the project, we are looking for any unpublished or in-press EMPIRICAL manuscripts that include at least one correlation, or a statistic that can be transformed into a correlation, between CSR and employee outcomes.

If you have such a study and are willing to include it in this meta-analysis, please contact me directly at zhaoxiaoping@sjtu.ecu.cn

Please also include the title, authors, and the status of the paper (e.g., working paper, under review, in-press article) so we may cite your study correctly.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Xiaoping Zhao
