    Dear Colleagues,


    I am looking for a free cultural intelligence instrument  (for both domestic and global CQs) to assess my graduate students (mostly MBA) Level. 

    I would appreciate it if you could suggest one that is reliable and valid.

    Hi Khadija,

    I attended the Tobias Leadership Conference earlier this year.  One of the speakers did an activity using The Cultural Intelligence Scale from The Cultural Intelligence Center.  She indicated she uses this with students.  You may want to check this one out.
