Clinical (Non-Tenure Track) Faculty Position in Management
The Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte invites applications for a full-time Clinical (non-tenure track) Faculty position in the Department of Management. This is a nine-month faculty appointment starting Fall 2018, renewable on a 3-year basis.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate (Ph.D. or D.B.A.), or have been admitted to candidacy for the Ph.D. or D.B.A., in management or a related field. Previous teaching experience in a business school is preferred.
Job Overview: This position is primarily focused on teaching. The expected teaching load is four courses per semester. Primary teaching responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. The ability to teach courses in other areas of Management, such as International Management, Managerial Ethics, and/or Strategy is considered relevant and desirable. In addition to teaching, responsibilities for this position include service and sufficient scholarly research and professional activities to demonstrate currency in the field.
