    Dear fellow scholars,

I am Jomel Ng, a doctoral candidate from the Dept of Management & Organization at National University of Singapore. My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis on incivility in the organizational context, and we are seeking unpublished studies on this topic (including theses, dissertations, conference submissions, in-press work, working papers and papers in your file drawer). The studies could be conducted in the field as well as laboratory settings. On behalf of our team, we like to reach out to scholars who have any unpublished empirical study that meets the criteria below.
    1. A quantitative measure of workplace incivility is used.
    2. The paper has at least one correlation coefficient involving workplace incivility, or other statistical measure which can be transformed into a correlation coefficient between workplace incivility and other antecedents (e.g., personality traits) or outcomes (e.g., inrole performance).
If you have any eligible paper on hand and are willing to share the relevant information, please email your papers to us at e0002148@u.nus.edu by 31 Dec 2017. Please also let us know how you will like to have your paper cited. We will also appreciate if you can forward this message to anyone who has a relevant study.
We seek your understanding for any cross-postings, and we thank you for your attention.

    With sincere regards
