Apologies for resending this request and cross-postings. My co-authors and I are considering conducting a meta-analysis of the effect of construal level on work-related outcomes. As such we are seeking unpublished/in-press work that applies construal-level theory to work settings directly or is relevant to management and organizations more indirectly (e.g., includes organizationally-relevant outcomes). We are interested in studies that measure or manipulate psychological distance or construal level (also referred to as action identification). If you have any working papers, conference submissions, or other work in the file drawer, please let me know. Please also share this with colleagues who may be doing work in this area. Thank you.
