    Dear Colleagues,
     
    Apologies for the cross postings.
     
    We are conducting a meta-analysis on the effects of transformational and transactional leadership styles on project outcomes (i.e. project success, project performance, and project team performance). We are searching for both published and unpublished empirical studies, including dissertations, Masters thesis, and/or conference papers on this topic. If you are working on such a study or are aware of one, please email these works to usman.2390@gmail.com
