Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor in Management
(Human Resource Management)
This is a 9-month, tenure-track position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level. The successful candidate will have an academic record consistent with the academic rank being sought, promise to continue to contribute to our programs, be an active participant in the university's research enterprise, engage in the classroom to facilitate learning at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and help the University achieve its strategic aspirations that include enabling student success through innovative pedagogical approaches. Quality productivity in the area of sponsored research (grants) is expected, especially at the associate professor and full professor levels.
PREFERRED YRS OF EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, EDUCATION: The ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in compensation and benefits or international HR and at least one other HR specialty. Competence in organizational behavior, and University teaching experience and related work experience in HR ispreferred. The best candidates will be individuals with potential to actively participate in the university's research enterprise, engage continuously in curriculum renewal to facilitate learning at the undergraduate and graduate levels, all aimed at contributing to achievement of the University's strategic goals related to excellence teaching, research and service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a doctorate (or expect to complete the Ph.D. by August 1, 2018) in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline, from an AACSB accredited program.
