    I am in search of a conflict resolution exercise for my Managing people class for MBAs. If you have used any exercise that has worked well for you and you have the teaching materials for it, would you mind sharing it with me. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Maria,

    I highly recommend Myti-Pet to teach conflict resolution.  You can find that exercise and more at Negotiation and Team Resources (negotiationandteamresources.com).
