    I am interested in examining the impact of an individual's sense of job success/work accomplishment at the day level within my dissertation work. 

    I would be grateful if you could share any conceptual and/or empirical work that exists on this topic.

    You might find useful the 2016 special issue of Organizational Dynamics (Volume 45, Issue 3) on "Enabling Career Success" and/or Teresa Amabile's (2011) book on "the progress principle."
