    Dear Colleagues,

I am developing a course in project management in an international context, the objective of this course is to significantly improve the participant's ability to work in an international project team (at every position) federating different working approaches.

I would appreciate any relevant resources you can share with me. This course will be delivered mainly to MBA, Engineers. I am specifically looking for videos, projects, and individual and team exercises, articles that stimulate healthy discussions and encourage participants to challenge their assumptions.

Thank you in advance and apologies for potential cross-postings!

    Best regards,

    Dear Felix

You may find the Global People website helpful, especially the booklet Managing the Life Cycle of Intercultural Partnerships which reports the experiences of British-Chinese project teams (in an intergovernmental set of projects) and has some activities in the back.
