    I am looking at organizing a symposium this upcoming AOM that broadly explores Tensions at the Individual Level within Organizations. If you have research that you would like to share on: a) types of tensions employees experience; b) antecedents; c) outcomes; and/or d) approaches to navigating these tensions, then please email me a brief description of your research.
