    Colleagues,

     

    We are looking to put together a symposium proposal for AOM 2018 on the topic of employee well-being interventions. For our part, we plan to present findings based on a series of interventions, targeted at helping employees better manage their demands and reduce strain, which we have delivered to university and non-profit employees.

     

    If anyone has any research on this topic and would like to contribute to this symposium, we would love to hear from you.
