    Dear Colleagues,

I'm at the final stage of conducting a meta-analysis on newcomer adjustment and socialization. To complete this project, I'm looking for any unpublished manuscripts, conference papers, dissertations, book chapters or in-press articles that meet the following criteria.

    a) The sample comprises newly hired employees who have been working for their current employer for no longer than 24 months.

    b) The study uses quantitative measures of antecedents and outcomes of newcomer socialization, including but not limited to newcomer proactivity, socialization tactics, measures of workplace support and relationships (e.g., leader support, CWX, mentoring, POS), role adjustment, social adjustment, and outcomes such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, performance, or turnover.

    c) The study must report correlation coefficients or statistical indicators which can be used to calculate bivariate correlations.

    d) For inclusion, I also request information on sample characteristics (e.g., country/industry in which the study was conducted, average sample age, gender distribution).

If you have an unpublished manuscript that you are willing to share with me, please send me a copy (susanne.mehr@business.uzh.ch) and let me know how you would like to have your study cited. Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Best wishes,
