Dear Colleagues,
My name is Rachel Williamson, I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Georgia. I am conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between work engagement and work-family conflict. I am seeking unpublished studies on this topic. To be included in my meta-analysis, the following criteria must be met:
1. Quantitative measure of work engagement and/or one of its facets (vigor, dedication, absorption)
2. Quantitative measure of work-family conflict and/or one of its forms (work interference with family or family interference with work)
3. A correlation or statistic which can be transformed into a correlation between work engagement and work-family conflict.
4. The study must either be cross-sectional, or work engagement must be measured before work-family conflict (in other words, not accepting studies where work-family conflict was measured before work engagement).
If you have an unpublished study that meets these criteria and would be willing to share the relevant information, please email me at will2493@uga.edu by November 1st, 2017. I would also appreciate if you would forward this message to anyone who may have a relevant study.
Apologies for any cross-postings. Thank you in advance.
