Along with my colleagues, I am conducting a meta-analysis on team learning behaviors in relation to various antecedents (e.g., team size, diversity, tenure) emergent states (e.g., psychological safety, cohesion, shared mental models, transactive memory systems), behavioral processes (e.g., task/relationship conflict), leadership, contexts (e.g., clear norms, roles, member - supportive organizational context), and outcomes (e.g., team performance, creativity, satisfaction).
