| Required Education and Experience | • PhD in management or related field with a focus on Human Resources or related area • Demonstrated ability to establish strong scholarly research and teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels •Meets the college's standards to be Scholarly Academic Qualified under the AACSB accreditation standards. For those applying at the Associate Professor rank: In addition to the above, an exemplary record of scholarly research, teaching, and service commensurate with the rank of Associate Professor in the College of Business at ISU. In addition to the above, applicants for Full Professor also must have a strong national and international scholarly reputation. |
