    Dear colleagues,

Along with Lilia Cortina, Sandy Hershcovis, and Sandra Robinson, I am co-editing a special issue of Journal of Organizational Behavior on Contextualizing Workplace Mistreatment. The ultimate goal of this Special Issue is to further our understanding about the social context in which workplace mistreatment happens. To this end, we aim to gather a collection of empirical and theoretical papers that represent significant efforts to capture and study, among others, the social norms, enabling contexts, motivating factors, relational elements, ethical climate, and political processes that influence the mistreatment process and its outcomes. We invite original work that presents quantitative, experimental, and/or qualitative results, as well as conceptual papers that extend our understanding of the contextualization of workplace mistreatment.

For more details, please see click here to see the Call for Papers. Deadline for submissions is September 30th, 2018.

Feel free to forward to others who may be interested.

    All best,
    Yannick

    My apologize for potential cross-posting.
